You guys have probably all heard, but police have arrested an Egyptian chemistry student in connection to the London bombings. They've identified the men who did it - suicide bombers, and think that the bus blast happened because the bomber couldn't get on the Northern line that morning as it was closed. Things have been unfolding pretty quickly here the past few days, after searches in houses in Leeds and a controlled explosion in a car at Luton. The police have been amazingly quick at all this. Hats off to them, say I.

Anyway - on to cheerier stuff. I am la la la sing out loud happy because I just got an email from the boy I like. :D (Though I can't help doing the typical teenage girl thing and trying to over-analyze everything: He says he misses me. He signed off with three kisses - what does that mean? Does that mean something? Do boys do that to friends? etc etc.)

Also - yay weekend, yay paycheck, yay Harry Potter tomorrow, and yay this film I just watched on channel 5 - 'A Kiss Before Dying', brilliantly eighties, with Matt Dillon and a very young Ben Browder offof Farscape for a mo, and also, in the background, a drag queen-ified Lucas from 'Empire Records'. Made me chuckle. And then 'Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps' which always makes me laugh.
